I have been with Vcare for about 5 years and I wish I could give more than just a 5 star rating . They are extremely professional and go above and beyond for their customers . My prescriptions are always ready upon my arrival and they also offer delivery . I Highly recommend them

I've had so many problems with all of the pharmacies in Downtown Reading and it's kind of frightening how many mistakes these pharmacies make. One of the problems is it's seems to be all about the money. Here I'm very satisfied with the service and the very friendly people. They call you when you need them to. They always have someone who is reputable and knows what going on with you and your doctors. I highly recommend it here, especially if you are a veteran or disabled. They will deliver and work with you for your needs and remind you about a prescription or call you to ask you if you need that medication filled or refilled. The owner is definitely on top of everything that you need.

I began going to vCare Pharmacy a couple of years ago & I plan on continuing to be their customer for as long as I live in Berks County! I receive very friendly and personal service. At a big pharmacy chain such as CVS, I never felt like I mattered as a customer when I went there for my prescriptions. However, at vCare Pharmacy, I am always greeted by name and asked how I'm doing. Plus they deliver my medications right to my door; this is so convenient because I don't own a car and prefer not having to take the bus. My vCare pharmacist also gave me this year's flu vaccine in my home! His injections don't hurt, either! Also, when one of my prescriptions are due to be refilled, he calls me to ask what day I want it filled and delivered. IMO, this business deserves a 5 star (+!) rating! I highly recommend (se habla Espanol tambien).

This pharmacy is the greatest! Owner Bob Patel and his staff are so wonderful and caring. If you have questions they are definitely the people to ask. Even the delivery driver is so nice. Their customer service is outstanding and I have never had to wait in line since using this pharmacy.

V Care Discount Pharmacy is an amazing Place to go to in order to save money. The staff are all family oriented to everyone. Any item you need they do their best to find the least expensive price with the same ingredients as the main medicine that you need or want for yourself. There is always music on to reduce stressful times in your day. Anyone who asks me knows I suggest this pharmacy over every other pharmacy as anywhere else in Pennsylvania. Thank you for helping me to finally find a place where I am comfortable to be myself in order to ask any question on my medicine needs. Plus, I can honestly say I have been a patron here for over 13 years and as long as they continue to deliver my medications to me when I am under the weather I will continue to come to this outstanding pharmacy.
